We are currently looking for a curious and humble colleague who wants to be part of our small but engaged HR team at Fiskeby. If you are relationship-oriented, have a feel for communication, and want to contribute to a sustainable future, then we are a match!

Your Role

As an HR Generalist with a focus on employer branding and recruitment, you will work closely with our production team and enjoy a varied workday with both strategic and operational tasks. You will primarily drive our work with employer branding and recruitment, but your work will also include other HR-related tasks that contribute to variety and learning. Together with other HR colleagues, you will become part of a group-wide network facing our owners in Italy, providing international contacts and perspectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting managers in recruitment processes – from job descriptions to interviews and hiring
• Working to develop and spread our employer brand, both digitally and locally
• Participating in collaborations with schools, vocational training programs, and other actors
• Helping create content for career pages and social media

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and easily builds trust with others. You do not need many years of experience – what matters most to us is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, or similar
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment, communication, or similar
• A feel for communication and enjoy expressing yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English
• An interest in the industry as a work environment and its future competency needs

About Fiskeby

In 2023, we were acquired by RDM Group, and together with seven other mills, we are the largest producer of recycled cardboard in Europe. We have been manufacturing paper and cardboard since 1637, and Fiskeby is the only mill in Scandinavia that can accept beverage packaging as raw material. Our products are made from 100% recycled fiber, fully in line with today's demands for a sustainable society. We produce 160,000 tons of cardboard annually and employ approximately 275 people.
